The project is located in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo and opposite to Maya - Maya airport, the total construction area is 2,758.3 square meters with a land area of 958 square meters, the building height is 13.8 meters. The whole building is oval and in frame structure, and the shear wall structure is partly used.
